Temporary Filing & Scanning Assistant, Part time, $19/hour
Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Temporary Filing and Scanning Assistant to support document organization and digitization efforts. This role is responsible for accurately filing, scanning, and managing records to ensure efficient access and compliance with record-keeping standards.

Key Responsibilities
* Sort, organize, and file physical documents in accordance with established systems
* Scan paper documents and convert them into digital formats
* Ensure accuracy and quality of scanned files, including proper labeling and indexing
* Maintain and update digital filing systems and databases
* Retrieve files and documents as requested
* Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information
* Assist with purging, archiving, and document retention processes
* Perform basic data entry and administrative support tasks as needed

Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Prior experience in filing, scanning, or administrative support preferred
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Basic computer skills, including familiarity with scanning equipment and file management systems
* Ability to follow processes and handle repetitive tasks with accuracy
* Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
* Ability to maintain confidentiality
