We are currently searching for an administrative biller for a growing client near our branch. The ideal administrative biller must be proficient with all order entry functions and basic office tasks. The administrative biller should also be proficient with Microsoft Office with a strong focus on Excel and Word, doing scheduling, supporting other departments, and handling customer and phone calls with a high level of customer service. Billing and invoicing experience is a required and basic collection calling is helpful. Bachelors Degree, Bilingual Spanish candidates are highly preferred and someone with good phone etiquette and professional demeanor. Pay is up to $18 an hour. Making calls to customers
Handling any customer account questions or issues
Soft Collection calls, sending statements/invoices to customers
Data Entry skills with a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Supporting other departments as needed
Sales support experience is helpful
Billing and invoicing experience
Strong Multi-Tasking experience
