Schedule appointments for customers
Reach out to executive level individuals to verify information on file for clients
Build rapport with clientele and manage relationships with a positive professional demeanor
Update multiple databases in a timely manner
Be the main point of contact for all questions and concerns
Effectively communication via email and phone
Proficient in Microsoft Office is preferred.
