Job Description

  • Calendar and meeting management for the office
  • Schedule appointments for business meetings
  • Assist with miscellaneous projects for the office as needed.
  • Schedule appointments for customers
  • Reach out to executive level individuals to verify information on file for clients
  • Build rapport with clientele and manage relationships with a positive professional demeanor
  • Update multiple databases in a timely manner
  • Be the main point of contact for all questions and concerns 
  • Effectively communication via email and phone 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office is preferred.
  • 8:30am-5:30pm Monday-Friday
