Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and organized Office Administrator to support our busy commercial HVAC company. This position is responsible for answering phones, assisting customers, and helping with day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and able to handle a variety of administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
* Answer and direct incoming phone calls
* Assist customers, vendors, and technicians with general inquiries
* Schedule appointments and coordinate office communications
* Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
* Assist with filing, paperwork, and general office organization
* Support management and office staff with daily administrative tasks
* Help with invoicing, work orders, and documentation as needed
* Maintain office supplies and assist with miscellaneous office duties
* Provide excellent customer service and professional communication
Qualifications
* Previous office or administrative experience preferred
* Strong phone and customer service skills
* Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office and email
* Ability to multitask and stay organized
* Professional attitude and dependable work ethic
* HVAC, construction, or service industry experience is a plus but not required
