Our client, a leading manufacturer in Manchester, NH, is adding an Experienced Extrusion Operator to their growing team. This role offers steady hours, great overtime, and long-term career potential.

Pay: based on experience

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-5:00 PM (10 hours of overtime weekly guaranteed)

Type: Temp-to-Hire

Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot extrusion lines per production specifications
• Adjust machine settings to maintain optimal production and product quality
• Monitor equipment performance and inspect finished products for defects
• Use precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges) to ensure quality standards
• Load raw materials and perform mechanical adjustments as needed
• Maintain accurate production records and follow all safety and quality protocols

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• 3-5 years of extrusion or related manufacturing experience required
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Experience with extrusion equipment setup and process adjustments
• Proficiency using measuring instruments and reading specifications
• Basic computer skills
