Process work orders in a timely and efficient manner
Receives authorization of work orders, dispatches, and coordinates schedules for the field technicians
Provide first level contact and convey resolutions to customer issues
Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support
Maintains customer database by entering any new and updated customer and account information
Schedule Options: ranging from a 6am or 3pm start time and everything inbetween! (1st and 2nd shifts available depending on what your preferences are!)
Starting salary: $18-20/hr DOE
Contract to hire!
