If you are looking for a part-time administrative position Ultimate Staffing has the perfect match for you! We have partnered with a company located in downtown San Diego to help fill an immediate need for an Administrative Assistant. This role will be a combination of reception, general office support, human resources support as well as assisting senior leadership. 

The Administrative Assistant is needed for 20-25 hours per week and our client is flexible with regard to the schedule. 

The Administrative Assistant will need to have at least two years of experience in a support role. Strong working knowledge of MS Office is required.
