A construction company is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their team immediately.
The new Administrative Assistant will be responsible for invoicing, contract adminsitration and general office duties. The Administrative Assistant will also be frequently communicating with clients and field employees.
Any candidates intersted in the Administrative Assistant position should have at least 2 years experience and must be proficient in QuickBooks. Bilingual Spanish is a plus, but not required.
