Job Description

Schedule: Possible 8am-5pm or 11-8pm
Must be flexible for weekends, Saturday and Sunday 9am-6pm
Pay rate: $12-$14/hr

Job Duties:

  • Entering client information and call details accurately and with the needed call detail information
  • Filling up the board with correct type of needed calls/estimates
  • Making sure all internet leads are called on quickly and emailed
  • Booking incoming tune ups and diagnostics; possible estimates in the future
  • Booking a minimum of 5 outbound calls daily for current client list
  • Booking minimum of 3 outbound calls from cold call list when needed
  • Maintain 90% conversion rate on all inbound calls
  • Dialing out 90 calls a day minimum
  • Selling Home Service Plan over the phone as needed
  • Pulling, rescheduling calls as needed
  • Emailing/transferring calls to the correct person/department etc. without constant guidance
  • Answering calls by 2nd ring! Using correct greeting
  • Helping with upset clients when needed
  • Transferring to a Manager once you have tried to help client and are unable to
  • Being on time daily

Previous call center experience
HVAC experience preferred
