Call Center Representative

Schedule: Possible 8am-5pm or 11-8pm
Must be flexible for weekends, Saturday and Sunday 9am-6pm Pay rate: $12-$14/hr Job Duties: Entering client information and call details accurately and with the needed call detail information Filling up the board with correct type of needed calls/estimates Making sure all internet leads are called on quickly and emailed Booking incoming tune ups and diagnostics; possible estimates in the future Booking a minimum of 5 outbound calls daily for current client list Booking minimum of 3 outbound calls from cold call list when needed Maintain 90% conversion rate on all inbound calls Dialing out 90 calls a day minimum Selling Home Service Plan over the phone as needed Pulling, rescheduling calls as needed Emailing/transferring calls to the correct person/department etc. without constant guidance Answering calls by 2nd ring! Using correct greeting Helping with upset clients when needed Transferring to a Manager once you have tried to help client and are unable to Being on time daily
