North Houston is currently sourcing Customer Service Representatives that have experience in medical, high volume call centers with heavy inbound and outbound calls. These positions are temp and temp to hire roles, paying between $12.00-$16.00 per hour. Bilingual is a plus.
Responsible for answering incoming calls, emails, and messages from customer for problem resolution, taking payments, processing orders, assisting with options for customer and outbound calls. Responsible for documenting information into customer tracking system to track interaction with customer.
0-2 years of experience in customer service or call center environment
Basic software experience
CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software is preferred
Data entry and able to type a minimum of 40 wpm and 4000 kph
