Must assist with input and updating of customer records in various internal applications.
CSRs will use give excellent customer service by using generalist knowledge to respond to and interact with both external and internal customers.;
Answer incoming calls and making outbound calls to third part vendors
Multitasking between multiple databases while interacting with customer over the phone
Must have customer service experience
Bachelor's or Associate's Degree preferred
MS Office proficiency including Word, Excel and Outlook
