Job Description

Our client, a well-established local property management company, is looking to bring on a Property Manager and/or Assistant Property Manager to support daily operations and ensure high levels of resident satisfaction across their portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day property operations, including leasing, resident relations, and administrative tasks
  • Respond to resident inquiries, concerns, and service requests in a professional and timely manner
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and work orders with vendors and internal teams
  • Support rent collection, posting payments, and following up on delinquencies
  • Assist with lease administration, move-ins/move-outs, and renewals
  • Ensure compliance with fair housing laws, company policies, and local regulations
  • Maintain accurate property records and reports
  • For Property Manager roles: supervise staff, manage budgets, and support owner communications

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in residential or commercial property management preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable using property management software and Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of fair housing regulations and leasing best practices
