Position Overview:

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a Part-Time Receptionist to join their client's team in Colorado. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic office environment and enjoys interacting with a diverse range of people. The receptionist will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Answer and manage incoming calls, transferring them as necessary.
  • Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing the calendar.
  • Handle general inquiries and provide information about the company's services.
  • Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and mail distribution.
  • Coordinate with other team members to ensure efficient office operations.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Friendly and professional demeanor with a customer-focused attitude.
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is a plus.

Work Hours:

Monday through Friday, 9:00am-3:00pm
