Responsible for supporting the Human Resources function by assisting with employee and talent relations matters, managing workplace investigations from intake through resolution, and providing timely documentation, case summaries, and disciplinary actions. This role requires strong judgment, confidentiality, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced, high-volume environment while interfacing directly with clients and talent.
