Hospitality & Home Quality Manager
Location: Phoenix Valley Area (Local Applicants Only)
Job Type: Full-Time, 1099 Contract
Schedule: Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, Sundays required

We are seeking a Hospitality & Home Quality Manager who is warm, outgoing, reliable, and passionate about providing outstanding guest experiences. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the move, working with people, and taking pride in maintaining beautiful, high-performing homes.
You will be the face of our hospitality operation-ensuring properties are guest-ready, addressing issues proactively, supporting large group check-ins, and maintaining exceptional home standards across multiple locations throughout the Valley.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests during check-in, throughout their stay, and at checkout
- Inspect homes before and after stays for cleanliness, damages, and overall quality
- Communicate clearly and professionally with guests regarding damages or concerns
- Oversee cleaning teams and ensure homes meet company quality standards
- Stock homes prior to check-ins (linens, supplies, essentials)
- Deliver supplies and restock properties across multiple locations
- Order, replace, and manage inventory as needed
- Troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively
- Run errands, make follow-up calls, and complete basic paperwork
- Ensure homes are fully prepared for large groups and large properties
- Work closely with internal teams to maintain seamless operations
Requirements & Qualifications
Applicants must be LOCAL to Arizona
Experience & Skills
- 3+ years of experience in hospitality or customer service
- Comfortable working with guests and large groups
- Ability to read checklists, follow procedures, and stay organized
- Familiar with iPad, iPhone, or Android devices (including entering credit card information)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent listening and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to troubleshoot and handle issues independently
- Reliable transportation (required)

- Flexible availability (days, nights, weekends)
- Must work every Sunday (typically off Saturdays)
- Comfortable working across multiple properties and locations

- Work location: Multiple properties across the Valley
