About the Opportunity

Ultimate Staffing is partnering with an industry-leading general contractor customer service company to identify a polished and customer-focused Customer Service / Brand Ambassador. This temp-to-hire role is based on-site at one of their retail client locations in Garden City and is ideal for someone who enjoys representing a brand while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers at the retail location
• Represent the company and its retail client with professionalism and brand consistency
• Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries
• Assist with customer check-ins, scheduling support, and general questions
• Communicate effectively with internal teams as needed
• Maintain a welcoming, organized, and professional front-of-house environment

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, retail, or brand ambassador experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to adapt to retail scheduling needs
• Reliable, punctual, and customer-focused
• Comfortable working on-site in a retail environment
