We are looking to hire a corporate recruiter for our Atlanta location!

Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for full-cycle recruiting across a diverse portfolio of roles in a corporate environment, including Sales, Information Technology, Customer Support, and Warehouse/Operations positions. This role partners closely with hiring managers and HR leaders to attract, assess, and hire top talent while delivering a high-quality candidate experience and supporting business growth objectives.


Key Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Recruiting

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for exempt and non-exempt roles across Sales, IT, Customer Support, and Warehouse functions
  • Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to understand role requirements, success profiles, and hiring timelines
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job boards, ATS, referrals, social media, and direct outreach
  • Screen resumes, conduct phone/video interviews, and coordinate interview panels

Stakeholder Partnership

  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by providing market insights, hiring recommendations, and candidate feedback
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and leadership on workforce planning and hiring initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and diversity and inclusion practices

Candidate Experience & Employer Brand

  • Deliver a professional, engaging, and transparent candidate experience from application through offer
  • Represent the organization's employer brand consistently across all candidate interactions
  • Maintain timely communication with candidates and hiring teams throughout the recruitment process

Offer & Onboarding Support

  • Prepare and extend employment offers, including coordination of compensation, background checks, and pre-employment requirements
  • Support onboarding processes to ensure successful transitions for new hires

Recruiting Metrics & Process Improvement

  • Track and maintain accurate recruiting data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Monitor recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate quality, and sourcing effectiveness
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, tools, and outcomes

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of corporate recruiting experience supporting multiple functional areas
  • Proven experience recruiting for Sales, IT, Customer Support, and Warehouse/Operations roles
  • Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter)
