Ultimate Staffing is assisting an amazing manufacturing client in Nassau with a direct-hire search for a Sealer Mix / Batch Operator. Position Summary
The Sealer Mix / Batch Operator is responsible for the accurate batching, measuring, and mixing of product materials in accordance with established manufacturing procedures. This role ensures quality, safety, and consistency throughout the production process while maintaining proper documentation and equipment operation.

Key Responsibilities
Mix various product components per batch by following detailed manufacturing and engineering instructions
Double-check all weights and measurements to ensure accuracy
Operate mixing and batching equipment efficiently to meet required production and cycle times
Accurately complete production and batch documentation
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Report equipment issues or irregularities to the production leader
Perform all duties safely and professionally while collaborating with cross-functional teams
Notify management of any concerns related to quality, safety, scheduling, or performance
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all required paperwork
Follow established policies and quality standards for packing, labeling, handling, storage, and record keeping
Willingness to work overtime and varying shifts as business needs require
Qualifications
Experience:
3 months to 1 year of experience in batching, manufacturing, or related production environments
Education: High school diploma or GED required
Technical Skills:
Strong safety awareness
Ability to read, understand, and execute written instructions
Basic math skills with familiarity in weights and measurement units
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, bend, squat, and work in physically demanding positions for extended periods
Ability to lift and move materials weighing 50 lbs. or more
Comfortable working in hot/cold conditions, both indoors and outdoors, and in inclement weather as needed

Salary - $37,440 -$41,600
