Position: Talent Acquisition Manager (reports to Director of People Operations and Culture)
Location: DTLA
Salary: $80-$85k
Schedule: Hybrid in office working M-F 8am-5pm

Rapidly growing non-profit organization that provides helpful programs for individuals who are either incarcerated or have previously been incarcerated. You will be recruiting for a variety of roles including counselors, drivers who provide transportation for individuals upon prison release, social workers, case managers, project managers, etc. The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for planning, developing, and implementing an effective Talent Acquisition strategy for the organization. This position is responsible for finding, recruiting, hiring, and retaining talented candidates.

* Develop a sustainable talent acquisition and hiring strategy and process.
* Perform analysis of hiring needs and provide employee hiring forecast. Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job profiles.
* Source and find candidates qualified for open positions through hiring events and digital marketing campaigns, including job boards and social media platforms.
* Manage applicant tracking system including training for end users.
* Managing posts on job boards, such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and ZipRecruiter
* Suggest measures for improving employee retention to the VP of People Operations.
* Lead, oversee and supervise members of the talent acquisition team.
* Determine talent acquisition KPIs. Provide metrics on a weekly/monthly basis for reporting to the VP of People Operations.
* Plan, organize and attend career fairs and related events.
* Manage Exit Interview surveys.
* Design, plan and execute employer branding activities.
* Plan employee referral programs.
* Budget for recruitment costs.
* Monitor market trends in hiring practices and ensure our strategy is in line with the market.

Required: High School Diploma or GED, two (2) years of experience in a human resources role.
Preferred: Bachelor's degree in human resources management or equivalent.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple and overlapping processes and projects to completion, prioritize effectively and meet deadlines.
* Extensive knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
* Ability to maintain confidential information.
* Ability to operate general office equipment.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
