Director of International Finance

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Director of International Finance for a global, growth-oriented organization. This senior role leads international financial operations, strategy, and compliance while partnering closely with executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Drive global financial strategy, planning, budgeting, and forecasting
Oversee international reporting, compliance, and performance analysis
Manage foreign exchange, tax structures, and financial risk
Lead and mentor regional finance teams
Provide data-driven insights for executive decision-making
Support international M&A and growth initiatives

Qualifications

Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting (Master's preferred)
Bilingual: English & Spanish
Strong background in international finance and global operations
Experience leading cross-border teams
Knowledge of ERP systems, FX management & international tax
Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills

Details

Salary: $100,000-$150,000 DOE
