Video Content Creator - Customer Experience (CX)

Location: Irvine, CA

About the Role:

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Content Creator to join our Customer Experience team. In this role, you'll produce engaging "how-to" videos that empower customers to navigate common tasks with ease. Your work will directly support our mission to simplify and enhance the customer journey through intuitive self-service tools.

What You'll Do:

  • Create Instructional Videos: Develop clear, concise video content that helps customers complete tasks independently, reducing the need for support calls.
  • Ensure Brand Consistency: Collaborate with marketing and OEM partners to align video content with brand standards and visual identity.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work with Customer Service, Digital, and IT teams to identify common customer pain points and translate them into helpful video guides.
  • Monitor Performance: Track engagement metrics and customer feedback to continuously improve video effectiveness.
  • Maintain Content Quality: Regularly update and retire outdated videos to ensure relevance and accuracy.

What You Bring:

  • 2-4 years of experience in digital content creation, communications, or customer experience within a corporate or agency setting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Storyblocks.
  • Strong writing and communication skills with a knack for simplifying complex information.
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for enhancing customer experiences through digital solutions.
