What You'll Do:

  • Initiate outbound calls and digital outreach to prospective clients, introducing them to high-visibility advertising opportunities.
  • Engage decision-makers, schedule appointments, and guide them through options tailored to their business goals.
  • Prepare and manage lease agreements with precision and care.
  • Keep campaign and location data up-to-date in our internal systems.
  • Provide thoughtful, solution-oriented responses to client inquiries.
  • Maintain a tidy and professional workspace that reflects our brand values.
  • Stay current on pricing, availability, and campaign timelines to deliver accurate information.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to sharpen your skills and grow your career.

What You Bring:

  • 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, or client engagement.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Strong communication skills-both verbal and written.
  • Detail-oriented multitasker with a proactive mindset.
  • Friendly, professional demeanor with a customer-first attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
