Job Description

Job Title: Fundraising Development Specialist

Location: 100% onsite in Woodbury

Pay: $50,000 -$60,000 annually

Hours: Monday - Friday 8am-4:30pm

Job Duties/Description:

  • Develop and execute fundraising strategies to meet annual revenue goals
  • Identify, cultivate, and steward relationships with individual donors, corporate sponsors, and foundations
  • Lead fundraising campaigns including donor solicitation, sponsorship outreach, and cold/warm lead engagement
  • Sell educational course subscriptions
  • Conduct 10-20 calls per day to nurture leads, provide customer service, and guide subscribers through product use
  • Develop and execute sponsorship strategies to support nonprofit initiatives
  • Track and analyze fundraising performance metrics and donor data
  • Perform administrative tasks to support campaign logistics and donor management
  • Provide post-sale support to ensure subscriber satisfaction and product understanding
  • Other duties assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in fundraising, sales, or business development (nonprofit experience preferred)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Must be tech savvy with the ability to learn new systems
  • Detail-oriented, accuracy, and organizational skills
  • Proficient communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • High School Diploma; post-secondary education preferred
