Construction Project Manager - Commercial Mechanical Contractor

Our client is seeking a Construction Project Manager to join their dynamic team in Tempe.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and coordinate construction projects from planning through completion.
• Manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and equipment procurement.
• Conduct pre-job planning, site visits, and ensure project milestones are met.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and resolve project challenges.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes and project delivery.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Sciences, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience managing commercial mechanical projects.
• Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proactive mindset with a knack for problem-solving and leadership.
