We are looking for an experienced Port & Claims Warranty Analyst to assist our client in Fountain Valley with a ONE YEAR PROJECT. Great opportunity to put your analytical skills to the test! OnSite role paying up to $90K, DOE
Monitor, manage and process Port/DC quality claims by reviewing, analyzing and creating reports to coordinate financial settlement and payment of quality claims with suppliers.
Monitor, manage, expedite and resolve Port/DC defective claims as part of Warranty's Port/DC quality management efforts by coordinating resolution with internal groups.
Monitor warranty defect rate & financial targets for all newly planned accessories. Alert QA Engineers on warranty issues related to Quality from Port/DC.
Create monthly, quarterly, annual or ad-hoc Port/DC claim reports that clearly define program risk and financial exposure. Analyze product defect trends or quality events by reviewing claim data and other established means to ensure customer expectations are met.
Plan, lead or execute, if needed, system projects to better process or analyze Port/DC defect claims by improving, adjusting, fixing or adding new features to claim system.
What you will need to be successful in the role:
The role will require periodic overnight travel (up to 30%) to all national Ports/Distribution Centers
