Job Description

Bilingual Spanish Required

Using mainly Google calendar for schedule right now along with manual board
-Need to come from construction industry
-Heavy scheduling of vendors/sub contractors
-constant coordination with clients on upcoming arrivals of Subs
-Collecting progress payments from insurance carriers or home owners
-Project Coordinating and Admin duties
-Assist with some light A/P and progress payments
