Customer Service - Member Advocate
Location: Reno, NV 89521
Pay: $16/hr (English Only), $16.50/hr (Bilingual in Spanish), and $18/hr (Bilingual in French)
Hours: Schedule varies between 6 AM - 7 PM during the week and 7AM - 5 PM on the weekends (you will receive $1/hr more for working on the weekend)
The Member Advocate will be responsible for providing a positive experience for members via phone and email. They will be responsible for ensuring requests are processed accurately and timely, with appropriate follow-through. This individual is expected to meet departmental objectives by being a responsive team member while using good judgment.
