We have an opening for an HR Generalist with at least 4 years of heavy experience in employee relations and or benefits and ADP experience.
We are located in Central Orange County.
This is 100% onsite, Monday to Friday from 8am-5pm
Must be bilingual in Spanish.
Summary:
The HR Generalist is responsible for assisting in leading the HR department efficiently and effectively through a number of Human Resources strategies in all related areas such as Workforce Planning, Organizational Development, Employee Relations, Complaints, Investigations, Engagement, Performance Management, Labor Relations, while providing a high level of customer service and communication.
Duties:
Manages paperwork for terminations and conducts exit interviews ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
Conducts investigations of sensitive allegations in an empathetic and confidential matter and completes all complaints from end-to end adhering with company policies and procedures.
Ensures complaints are accurately entered into the complaints / HRIS database in a timely manner, and ensures complaints are assessed according to SOP's escalates issues, manages timely.
Act as s secondary point of contact for company counsel and consults to internal partners across all levels of the organization, including Senior leaders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Recent experience in a HR Generalist role with excellent experience in a high-volume, fast paced environment
In depth knowledge of all general HR functions
Bilingual Spanish read, write and speak
Experience in ADP Software is preferred
Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong problem solving skills
Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications
Attention to detail.
