Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated Production Materials Handler to join a custom shipping manufacturing company Santa Clara. CA. This role involves handling materials and ensuring that production processes run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Locate and remove outdated cutting dies from storage racks and dispose of them according to company procedures.
  • Locate and remove outdated printing plates from storage racks and dispose of them appropriately.
  • Receive new cutting dies, place them in designated rack locations, and accurately assign and record their storage positions.
  • Receive new printing plates, organize them in the appropriate racks, and assign correct locations.
  • Conduct inventory checks of ink supplies (primarily 5-gallon buckets).
  • Organize and maintain ink storage areas for easy access and safety.
  • Dispose of expired or unused ink buckets in accordance with safety and environmental guidelines.
  • Assist with additional tasks and projects as directed by the production coach or supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or production environment is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Basic computer or inventory system knowledge is a plus.

Required Work Hours:

Monday to Friday, 6am-2:30pm

Benefits:

Max Pay: $21 per hour
