Human Resources Generalist

Location: Irvine, CA

Pay range: $35+

We're seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support learning & development, talent management, and employee engagement across multiple sites. This role partners closely with managers and HR leadership to drive a high-performance culture and ensure smooth execution of HR programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate training programs and support development initiatives
• Facilitate performance management and employee engagement activities
• Collaborate on recruitment strategies and onboarding
• Serve as a point of contact for HR communications and employee support
• Assist with HR projects and process improvements

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or global environments
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
• SHRM-CP, PHR, or PHRca certification preferred
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
