Job Title: Parts Researcher
Location: Sparks, NV
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Parts Researcher to support our service team. In this role, you will be responsible for researching parts needed for repair jobs, gathering manufacturer information, and compiling accurate details into work orders. Once a job line is approved, your research will enable advisors to efficiently place orders with confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research required parts from manufacturers based on service needs.

  • Verify part numbers, availability, and specifications.

  • Accurately document parts information into work orders.

  • Collaborate with service advisors to ensure readiness for order placement once approved.

  • Maintain organized and up-to-date records of parts research and communications.

Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to research and verify technical information.

  • Proficiency in basic computer systems and data entry.

  • Prior experience in parts research, automotive service, or related field is a plus but not required.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
