Temporary Part Time Human Resources Administrative Assistant needed to cover for a Leave of Absence. This is an IN OFFICE role in Irvine by the airport. The schedule needed to be covered is Mon-Wed 8-5.
Responsibilities to include:
Organizing and filing
Assist with company activities
Preparing reports and updating spreadsheets
Assist with recruiting and scheduling appointments
Support with onboarding, facilitating new hire paperwork and benefits
Must have MS Office Suite experience
