??? Kit Assembler - Production & Packaging

Position Overview

We're seeking a detail-oriented Kit Assembler to join a production team building water testing kits for pools and spas. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment where precision and teamwork are key. You'll assemble, label, and package test kits that help ensure water quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Assemble test kits following diagrams and work instructions
• Verify correct components and accurate labeling
• Package finished kits for shipment
• Keep work area clean, organized, and safe
• Follow all safety and quality standards
• Assist with inventory restocking as needed
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow step-by-step instructions
• Basic math and record-keeping skills
• Prior assembly or packaging experience preferred
• Able to stand for 8+ hours and perform repetitive tasks
• Strong teamwork and communication skills

Work Schedule

• Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Compensation & Perks

• $16.50 per hour
• Temporary-to-permanent opportunity
• Benefits eligibility after 1 week

Additional Details

• Location: Sparks, MD (must have reliable transportation; no public transit access)
• Travel: None
• Background check and drug screen required upon offer
