Job Description

Ultimate Staffing is seeking an Admissions Office- Student Recruiter for our Higher Education Industry client in St Louis MO.

This is a temp to hire opportunity, with onsite attendance required.

$20-22 an hour

  • Student Admissions Recruitment experience highly preferred, including job fairs and vendor coordination
  • High volume outbound calling 50-75+ daily)
  • Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing one
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to events
  • Strong data entry and multi-system documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to inquiries regarding graduate program admissions
  • Review and verify applications; pre-qualify candidates for committee evaluation
  • Enter candidate data into Student Information System (SIS)
  • Audit prerequisites and documentation across multiple platforms
  • Communicate admissions processes and policies professionally
  • Participate in recruitment events, webinars, and orientations
  • Prepare enrollment and matriculation reports for leadership
  • Attend virtual and in-person campus events
  • Flexibility to work evenings/weekends as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned
