Ultimate Staffing Services is excited to partner with a fast-growing client in Lehi, Utah to hire a Bilingual Payment Support Specialist. What You'll Be Doing:

  • Be the friendly, knowledgeable voice for customers - answering questions by phone and email with speed and accuracy.
  • Assist with payment transactions over the phone (credit cards and bank checks) to ensure smooth, secure processing.
  • Become a go-to expert on the company's systems and guide customers through setting up online accounts.
  • Keep track of customer issues in the ticketing system and CRM (Freshdesk) so nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Spot urgent issues and escalate when necessary to keep customers happy and operations running smoothly.
  • Share feedback, tips, and ideas with your teammates to improve service.
  • Stay on top of privacy and security best practices, reporting anything suspicious right away.

What We're Looking For:

  • 1+ year of customer support experience by phone or email.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English.
  • Strong communication skills, organized, and a team player with a positive attitude.
  • Call center experience is a plus.
  • Comfortable researching, solving problems, and preparing reports.

Schedule & Pay:

  • Monday-Friday
  • Competitive hourly pay: $18-$20 per hour
