We are hiring immediately for an Customer Account Representative to join an E-commerce company in Irvine, CA!

Temp to Hire! Pay $28 - $32/hr

Responsibilities:

• Process customer orders
• Issue Credit Memos and RMA's, provide proof of deliveries
• Order processing manually or via Electronic Order processing
• Advanced level usage of Excel
• Sales and Inventory Data Entry
• Liaise with Internal sales reps regarding account standing and assist with process
• Analyze production and forecasting of inventory and schedulingÂ

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2-3 years of customer service/order processing experience
• Prior experience in a consumer products-based business
• Highly proficient with MS Office - Excel use (formulas, v-lookup)
• Full Circle experience is a plus
• ERP knowledge
