Our client in the records management industry partners with government offices within the state of Texas. They are seeking a Technical Support Analyst to join their Arboretum office.

Technical Support Analyst

The role includes:

  • Scheduling update installs for existing client site software.
  • Helping reset client software when required.
  • Facilitating kick-off calls with new clients for installations.
  • Maintaining installation planned deliveries.
  • Collaborating with clients and team members for problem resolutions.
  • Being part of a team to help the company continue to grow.


  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED). Some college preferred.
  • At least 3 years Work History.
  • Positive, energetic, team player.
  • Good communications skills.
  • Likes learning about software, automations, bots
  • Courteous & polite
