Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an experienced Escrow Officer to join their client's esteemed team in California. This full-time position is located in Santa Clara, CA, and offers a rewarding opportunity for individuals with a keen eye for detail and strong communication skills. The role focuses on managing the closing process for complex commercial real estate transactions.

Responsibilities

  • Open and manage escrow files, ensuring all necessary instructions, documents, and funds are collected for closing.
  • Coordinate workflow and provide responsive support to attorneys, buyers, sellers, borrowers, real estate agents, mortgage brokers, and lenders.
  • Prepare and review closing documents and settlement statements with precision and accuracy.
  • Ensure all title requirements are met and documents are properly assembled for closing.
  • Maintain neutrality and professionalism throughout the transaction process.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members to resolve issues and ensure a smooth closing experience.
  • Adhere to internal policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
  • Provide training and support to new team members as needed.

Required Work Hours

Monday - Friday, first shift.

Benefits

Competitive compensation ranging from $27 to $48 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Additional Details

Max Pay is $48. Min Pay is $27.
