Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a talented and driven Bilingual (English/Spanish) HR Generalist with a compliance emphasis for a temp to hire opportunity in the South Pasadena area.

Responsibilities

• Support HR functions including onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and benefits administration.
• Serve as a liaison between employees and management, facilitating effective communication and understanding.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures.
• Assist with recruitment and training initiatives to foster employee development and retention.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
• Strong knowledge of California labor laws.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
