Job Description

We're looking for a skilled and motivated professional to lead our recruitment and onboarding function. This HR Recruitment & Onboarding Supervisor role oversees a small team and plays a key part in shaping how we attract, welcome, and retain top talent.

Location: Onsite in Saint Paul

Compensation: $60,000-$70,000 + annual performance-based raises

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support a team of 2 focused on recruitment and onboarding
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders across the organization
  • Improve and document processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience
  • Utilize platforms like ADP Workforce Now and JazzHR
  • Track and report recruitment metrics
  • Support orientation and exit interview programs

Requirements:

  • 2+ years in recruiting or staffing
  • 1+ year of supervisory experience
  • Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms and onboarding systems
  • Interest in conservation or mission-driven work is a plus
