Customer Support Rep

Location: Chanhassen, MN (In-office for training, then remote or in-office depending on shift) (MUST Live in MN)

Pay Range: $22-$23/hour

Schedule Options:

• Evening Shift (Remote): Mon-Thurs, 4:00pm-2:00am or 5:00pm-3:00am
• Overnight Shift (Remote): Mon-Fri, 12:00am-8:30am
• Day Shift (In-office): Mon-Fri, 5:00am-1:30pm, 6:00am-2:30pm, or 7:00am-4:00pm
• Training Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:00am-5:00pm (In-office)

What You'll Do

• Be the first point of contact for field technicians needing support during installations.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and guide technicians using manuals and knowledge bases.
• Document installation details, issue resolutions, and escalation paths clearly and accurately.
• Monitor site progress and escalate risks or delays to the appropriate teams.
• Collaborate with project managers to resolve inventory, staffing, or scheduling challenges.
• Contribute to process improvements and help refine support documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of technician check-ins, visit statuses, and incident tickets.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of experience in customer service, technical support, or project coordination.
• Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• A proactive, dependable, and self-motivated attitude.
• Comfort with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
• Flexibility to work different shifts and adapt to changing project needs.
