Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to join their client's dental practice in Madera, California. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about dental care and patient support.

Responsibilities

• Assist in surgical procedures and back-office operations to ensure smooth workflow.
• Prepare patients for dental treatments and procedures, ensuring comfort and readiness.
• Maintain a sterile environment by following infection control protocols and procedures.
• Manage and organize dental instruments and equipment, ensuring they are properly sterilized and available for use.
• Support the dentist during examinations and treatments by handing instruments and materials as needed.
• Perform administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and managing patient records.
• Ensure all patient interactions are conducted with empathy and professionalism.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a dental assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
• Certification or training from a recognized dental assistant program is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and dental staff.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with dental software systems are advantageous.

Required Work Hours

Monday to Friday, during first shift hours.

Benefits

The position offers a competitive pay range of $18 to $24 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
