Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Staff Accountant to join their client's amazing team in California. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity for a detail-oriented accounting professional to become an integral part of a dynamic finance team. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and general ledgers.
• Assist in month-end and year-end close processes.
• Reconcile bank statements and accounts.
• Support accounts payable and receivable functions.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.
• Assist with audits and tax filings.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of accounting experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP).
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Required Work Hours

The work schedule is Monday through Friday, during the first shift.

Additional Details

The salary range for this position is $22 - $29 per hour.
