Job Description

We have a part-time position in Human Resource Department!

We are located in Irvine, Ca.

We need a candidate that is available to work Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday

This will be onsite and the hours are from 8am-5pm

Duties:

Filing

Entering data entry into the database

Ordering office supplies

Will restock the kitchen with sodas, waters , and paper items

Will need to have Word and Excel background.

Will assist the HR Manager.

Must have at least 1 year of recent work history in an office setting

Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
