Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Document Scanning Operator to support a document digitization project running through December. In this role, you will operate high-speed document scanners to convert paper documents into digital files, ensuring quality, accuracy, and productivity targets are met. This is a full-time onsite position for 2nd shift (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM) in Bellevue, WA.


Key Responsibilities

  • Review work orders and follow all project-specific instructions.

  • Operate high-speed scanners (Kodak, Fujitsu, or Canon) to scan paper documents.

  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of scanning equipment.

  • Adjust scanner settings as needed for optimal image quality.

  • Ensure accurate handling of all documents and maintain image integrity.

  • Inspect scanned images for quality and accuracy.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

  • Meet daily production and quality targets.

  • Follow all safety, security, and operational procedures.

  • Support other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in high-volume document scanning or similar production environment.

  • Familiarity with production-grade scanners (Kodak, Fujitsu, or Canon).

  • Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English.

  • Comfortable lifting and carrying boxes up to 35 lbs on a regular basis.

  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.


Work Environment

  • This is an onsite role at a secure facility in Bellevue, WA.

  • No access to mobile phones or personal devices is allowed on the production floor.

  • Moderate noise level typical of a production environment.
