About the Role
Join a dynamic team supporting Member Healthcare Benefits! As a Benefits Member Services Representative, you'll handle inbound calls and messages related to prescription authorizations. You'll use advanced systems to research healthcare providers and secure insurance approvals-all while delivering empathetic, HIPAA-compliant service.
