Location: Earth City, MO (On-site only)

Pay Rate: $20.00/hour

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday

Choose from:

A) 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

B) 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

About the Role

Join a dynamic team supporting Member Healthcare Benefits! As a Benefits Member Services Representative, you'll handle inbound calls and messages related to prescription authorizations. You'll use advanced systems to research healthcare providers and secure insurance approvals-all while delivering empathetic, HIPAA-compliant service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound calls and messages from members regarding prescription authorizations
  • Verify caller identity and details in accordance with HIPAA guidelines
  • Research insurance providers and obtain authorization to fulfill prescription orders
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Provide empathetic and professional communication throughout each interaction

Qualifications

  • Associate degree or higher (Required and Verified)
  • Previous call center experience
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Solid understanding of HIPAA regulations
  • Excellent listening and communication skills
  • Experience with medical claims is a plus
  • Bilingual fluency in English and one additional language is a plus
  • Must be able to commute daily to Earth City, MO
