Ultimate Staffing is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join a dynamic legal team! In this role, you'll provide vital support to attorneys through research, document preparation, and trial assistance. Draft and file pleadings, motions, affidavits, interrogatories, and other legal documents.
Review and summarize medical records, bills, and other case-related documentation.
Conduct legal research and analysis of statutes, regulations, and case law; provide written summaries to attorneys.
Organize, maintain, and retrieve case files, evidence, depositions, and exhibits.
Assist with trial preparation, including attending hearings and trials when needed.
Track and maintain accurate records of billable hours.
Perform additional related duties to support the legal team's success.
5+ years of experience as a litigation legal assistant or paralegal.
Strong understanding of legal language, research methods, and court procedures.
Experience reviewing and handling medical records preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and legal software tools.
Exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills.
Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment while maintaining strict confidentiality.
Associate degree in Paralegal Studies (preferred but not required).
