Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented QC Inspector for a client in Morgan Hill, California. The client is a leader in the SatCom industry, known for innovation and advancements in the RF space, offering reliable and high-performance products. This role is pivotal in maintaining the quality and reliability of the client's products, focusing on electronic or medical inspection.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming inspections using simple instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and height gauges.
• Complete outgoing product inspections, ensuring paperwork accuracy and high workmanship standards.
• Utilize critical thinking skills and proficiency with basic to complex inspection measurements.
• Understand and follow quality processes and procedures diligently.
• Read and adhere to print requirements, making informed judgments for part acceptance.
• Identify general workmanship requirements, including cleanliness and cosmetics.
• Work within well-defined procedures that involve various work routines.
• Ensure inspections are processed in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related experience in incoming and outgoing inspection in an electronic or medical manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to accurately use common inspection instruments.
• Experience with common gauges and measurement instruments for inspection purposes.

Monday - Friday

Benefits

The position offers a competitive pay range of $20 to $23 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
