About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Home Loan Specialist to join our dynamic team in our clients newly opened Carrollton facility, featuring modern amenities including a full-service cafeteria and relaxing lounge areas. This role is ideal for professionals with recent hands-on experience in home loan servicing and a strong understanding of current mortgage regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and resolve borrower inquiries related to loss mitigation, loan modifications, and repayment plans for mortgage loans.
• Offer tailored solutions to prevent foreclosure, including short sales and payoff statements
• Ensure full regulatory compliance across all servicing activities
• Collaborate with internal teams to support mortgage loan processing and servicing operations
• Maintain high standards of quality and efficiency in a performance-driven environment

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of recent experience in home loan servicing
• Proven expertise in:
  • Loss mitigation and foreclosure prevention
  • Loan modifications and borrower solutions
  • Mortgage servicing operations and compliance
• Strong knowledge of current mortgage regulations
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metric-driven setting
• Work FULL TIME ON SITE in Carrollton TX.
