Location: Atlanta, GA (remote, must be within 75 miles of branch)

Term: Long-Term Temp to Hire

Pay: $18/hr.

SUMMARY:

The Associate, Funder is responsible for reviewing, booking and funding retail and lease contracts from Hyundai, Kia and Genesis dealerships in accordance with department policies and procedures. This position requires flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced environment, changing rules, regulations and policies, and as such, must be able to process and retain information quickly. All positions within the Operations Division are expected to collaborate cross-divisionally to achieve a seamless customer experience; this includes supporting other departments as necessary to meet the business need.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Review and validate retail and lease documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with HCA policies, established guidelines, programs, credit stipulations and state/federal laws and regulations.
  • Handle incoming dealer phone calls to resolve held offerings during peak hours as needed.
  • Actively participate in coaching and development sessions/trainings to co-create solutions that enhance individual performance and overall department/team performance
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Auto finance background preferred
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • College degree preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Aptitude for numbers and calculations
  • Self-motivated, self-starter
  • Detail oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality work
  • Ability to multitask and react quickly in a fast paced, team environment
  • Enhanced problem solving skills
  • Must be able to take and apply feedback quickly
  • Ability to work under pressure
